VAT will be charged at the current rate to residents of UK and EU.
An Post, Royal Mail, and Parcel Force are our carriers of choice. We are not responsible for their delays.
A tracking number for your package will be sent to you via email or online after your order has been dispatched.
When choosing a shipping method, please be aware that UPS operates on business days. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will not be dispatched until the following business day.
*Standard EU shipping cost may exceed given rates below if package exceeds a certain weight limit (500g)

- UK: This service costs: £10:00
- EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: This service costs €15.00. (up to 4 – 8 days – depends on each country) (Germany, France Italy, Greece, Netherlands, etc.)
- INTERNATIONAL: Covers all other countries and costs €20 (up to 4 – 8 days – depends on each country & the customs) (Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Russia etc.).
Susan Ciminelli (Europe Ltd) will be unable to process orders to PO Box addresses.
Express Delivery (up to 1-3working days)
- UK : This service costs €13.00. (24h)
- EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: This service costs €25.00 (24h to 48h – depends on each country) (UK, Germany, Italy, Greece, Netherlands, etc.)
- INTERNATIONAL: Covers all other countries and costs €35 (up to 2 to 4 days – depends on each country
& customs) (Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, USA, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, etc.).
Susan Ciminelli (Europe Ltd) will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please note that deliveries outside of Ireland & may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from Susan Ciminelli (Europe Ltd). We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises.
Delivery terms and conditions:
Orders are prepared in Belfast and in Tallanstown Ireland. In any event, orders will be despatched at the latest thirty (30) days from the day following the validation of an order by a Website User.
The Products ordered by a Customer will be delivered to the address stated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer is responsible for providing the accurate details of his/her permanent address when placing the order for the Products. If incorrect, the Customers will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may be incurred.
At Susan Ciminelli (Europe Ltd) we follow strict quality control guidelines and we pack your products with extra care to ensure they reach you in optimal condition. However if for any reason, you are not happy with the product you have ordered from us we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened products that are returned within 14 days of purchase (this excludes any postage charges). After 14 days, an online store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. For products damaged in transit, pictures of the damage must be sent to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the package in order for a credit to be issued.
To ensure that we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follows this procedure:
- Notify us of your intention to return
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your intention to return making sure to include your invoice number as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.
Please also tell us whether you would like an alternative product, a replacement or a refund. Please note that any returns which are received without prior notice will incur a delay in processing time.
2. Post the Item to Us
To qualify for a full refund, any products being returned must be in their original packaging, with any seal intact/unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Please enclose your invoice with your package and use sturdy packaging to secure the parcel. Please post your item to us by paying the appropriate shipping costs. We recommend that you use recorded delivery that requires a signature. Please also request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing.
Please note that we will not be liable for any lost return packages and we will only reimburse the purchase cost of the products. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed to you unless the item is found to be faulty.
Your right to cancel:
The Customer may within the Cancellation Period (as defined below) give notice of cancellation to Susan Ciminelli (Europe LTD). Such notice of cancellation would be an email to email@example.com
indicating the Customer’s intention to cancel the order.
The Cancellation Period is the period commencing with the day on which the order is received and ending on the expiry of the period of 14 working
The right of cancellation can only be exercised by the Customer and not by a third party. Products must be returned accompanied by the copy of the invoice and delivery note by Mail using standard delivery to:

- Product(s) with which the Customer is not satisfied
Where a Customer exercises its right of cancellation, the Product(s) must be returned in their original form and packaging, complete and accompanied by the copy of the invoice and delivery note. With the exception of non-compliant Products, the cost of returning Product(s) shall be paid by the Customer. Where the Customer fails to return any Product the direct cost of recovery of that Product by Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd shall be borne by the Customer.
Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd does not accept parcels with carriage due.
All reasonable risks linked to the return of Product(s) shall be assumed by the Consumer.
If the aforementioned conditions are fulfilled, Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd will reimburse the Customer within a maximum of thirty (30) days beginning with the day on which the notice of cancellation was given, for the amounts that correspond to the Product(s) purchased.
2. Non-compliant Product(s)
“Non-compliant products” shall only include products which have been sent by Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd by error or are defective.
All non-compliant Products must be returned to Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd within 14 working days following the day of receipt, in their original form and packaging, accompanied by the copy of the invoice and delivery note. Carriage costs will be borne by Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd in the event that the decision to return Product(s) results from an error made by Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd.
Upon receipt by Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd of Product(s) that are presumed to be non-compliant, Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd will examine them as quickly as possible. If the non-compliant nature of the Product(s) is confirmed by Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd, Susan Ciminelli (Europe) Ltd will exchange or reimburse the defective or missing Product(s). In the case of reimbursement of Product(s), the Customer will be reimbursed within thirty (30) days following the day of such confirmation, for the amounts that correspond to the price(s) of the Product(s) acquired, as well as the return costs incurred.
If you have an allergy to one of our product’s ingredients, please make note of it when placing your order. We are not liable or responsible for allergic reactions to our products.
